What’s expected of you…
- Cancelation/Reschedule/Missed Appointments Policy
If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged for your session. Payment for the full missed session will be required. If you are late for your appointment, please understand that you may not be able to receive a full session.
- Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price.
- If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, anything contagious – please reschedule your appointment.
- Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
- Clients must fill out an intake sheet and update when necessary.
- Payment is due at the time of service or beforehand.
I accept cash and checks in person or payment can be made by credit card or paypal on my web site.
What you can expect from me…
- I provide my clients with a competent and professional session each time they come for an appointment, addressing the client’s specific needs for that session.
- I perform services for which I am qualified (physically and emotionally), and able to do.
- I refer to appropriate specialists when work is not within my scope of practice and/or not in the client’s best interest.
- I customize my treatment to meet the client’s needs.
- Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- My equipment and supplies are clean and safe.
- Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.
