The “World’s Greatest Massage Workshop” with Lia Suzuki took place at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center on October 11th. We ended up doing barefoot massage exclusively, focusing mostly on the larger muscles, such as the glut’s and hamstrings.  We also worked on the trapezoids and back muscles – the rhomboids and erector spinae.  Nicky and Silas both seemed to enjoy the traction-using-the-heal-pushing-into-the-occipital cool, new thing that Lia taught them, among other things.

Kia just sort of blended into the background, not calling attention to her photo taking.  All in all, everyone seemed to have lots of fun and floated out of the room feeling great afterwards!
